The KPPM Connection

The KPPM Connection is an online tool that offers enhanced homeowner services. 

Using the portal, you can:

  • Make Online Payments
  • View Current and Previous Statements and Billing Inserts
  • Print Account History Reports
  • Update Enhanced Email Notification Features

If you have not registered, please have your billing statement available to enter in the required information. For added convenience, we also offer an ACH program in which your monthly assessment payments are automatically deducted from your checking or savings account. You will no longer have to remember when to pay your payment, write a check, or pay for any more postage! To sign up, please click here to download the ACH form.


Overgrown Trees

It has been brought to Management’s attention that there are some very large trees on owners lots that are hanging over the street and need to be trimmed. The limbs of the trees are hitting the tops of delivery vehicles and obstructing  the view of traffic. If you tree is hanging over onto to the street and/or obstructing the view of traffic. Please cut back your tree so that there is a 16ft clearance from street level so the delivery drivers will continue to deliver packages to the community.

Sun Ranch Paint Approved Paint Schemes

Attention all Homeowners:

Many letters have been mailed to homeowners in the Community for Exterior maintenance. Please click here to see the Board approved paint schemes for the Community. The Board has approved Sherwin Williams color schemes to assist homeowners when choosing a color. However, if you plan on changing the color of the exterior of your home to one of the approved colors, it is still required that an architectural application is submitted. An Architectural Application can be found on the website under forms.  If you do not plan on changing the color then no application is required.
